Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution process facilitated by a mediator to allow parties to evaluate, in confidence, options for settlement. BrightShare’s goal as mediator is to encourage the resolution of employment disputes while honoring the rights and integrity of both parties. Our trial and mediation experience provides us an understanding of the legal rights and positions of both parties, and effective methods for obtaining a resolution.
